Now, there’s this notion that using em dashes is another sign of AI-generated content. Well, I’ll be damned. I can't ignore how often they appear in ChatGPT's responses—and my own writing.

I can’t help but wonder: if we live in a computer simulation, am I just an AI-generated non-playable character, or am I camouflaging myself with their quirks to avoid obsolescence?

Dry-brine with salt and pepper for 24 hours, then smoke it low and slow at 225°F until it reaches 120°F internally. Let it rest, slice it into steaks, and sear over high heat for a deep brown crust.
